Fed. Circ. Affirms Rejection Of 'Sensi' Trademark

Law360, Los Angeles (November 13, 2017, 7:40 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday affirmed the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board’s refusal to grant registration to an Indonesian company's “sensi” mark for diapers, agreeing that the company’s branding was confusingly close to another company’s diaper rash cream marks.
