LeClairRyan, Joint Venture Settle Worker's Pay Bias Suit

Law360 (November 25, 2019, 6:26 PM EST) -- Defunct law firm LeClairRyan PLLC and its operational services joint venture with UnitedLex have settled claims that they discriminated against a former marketing employee by paying her less than a male subordinate.

U.S. District Judge Robert E. Payne on Friday gave the parties until Dec. 6 to file either a stipulation of dismissal or a proposed dismissal order for LeClairRyan and ULX Partners LLC, following allegations by Marci Keatts that she and other women had been systemically underpaid.
