Law360 (September 10, 2018, 5:21 PM EDT) -- Litigation funder Vannin Capital on Monday unveiled plans to float on the London Stock Exchange in a £70 million ($91.2 million) initial public offering, the same day it announced that a former Allen & Overy LLP senior partner has joined the firm as its newest chairman.
The Saint Helier, Jersey-based company, founded in 2010, said it’s looking to list its shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market and expects to be admitted in October.
