Attys Urged To Embrace A New Reality On Fees

Law360, New York (January 30, 2019, 9:43 PM EST) -- Although hourly billing isn’t obsolete, the increasingly popular trend to use alternative fee arrangements is real and growing, and legal professionals are pursuing and driving it, according to a group of panelists who spoke during a conference Wednesday in New York City.
