Law360 (May 14, 2019, 10:10 PM EDT) -- An attorney is facing disciplinary charges in Oklahoma’s top court after he allegedly hand-delivered a check smeared with fecal matter to the state’s bar association and asked that it be given to a certain lawyer.
The Oklahoma Bar Association asked the Oklahoma Supreme Court last month to discipline Mark Kendall Bailey after he allegedly went to the bar association’s offices with the check in December and asked that it be given to first assistant general counsel Loraine Dillinder Farabow, according to the complaint filed on April 22.
