NY Commercial Division Hyperlinking Rule Should Be Adopted

Law360 (January 28, 2020, 5:46 PM EST) -- On Dec. 23, 2019, the New York State Office of Court Administration released for public comment a proposed amendment to Commercial Division Rule 6 that would require e-filed documents to include hyperlinks to certain other documents and authorities. Comments on the rule are due by Feb. 24. This article explains the proposed amendment and the rationale for adopting it.
