Supreme Court Won't Adopt Ethics Code: Roberts

Law360, New York (February 21, 2012, 10:27 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court will not formally adopt the code of conduct for U.S. judges, according to a letter released Tuesday from Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. to five Democratic members of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
