Trustee Says Dewey Wants To Hire Too Many Advisers

Law360, New York (July 2, 2012, 4:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. trustee in Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP's Chapter 11 proceedings told a New York bankruptcy judge Friday that she objects to some of the firms Dewey wants to hire because of concerns the work they perform may be redundant and they may have conflicts of interest.
