Blank Rome Shuts Hong Kong Office Under Weak Demand

Law360, New York (July 31, 2013, 7:43 PM EDT) -- Blank Rome LLP shuttered its Hong Kong outpost last week under weakened client demand, the firm said Wednesday, as the office managing partner and another lawyer landed at Bryan Cave LLP.

The four-attorney office was officially closed Saturday. Blank Rome first expanded to the city in 2006 with a merger with maritime firm Heallie & Bailey.
