Ropes & Gray Still Faces Retaliation Claim In Race Bias Row

Law360, New York (August 20, 2013, 3:36 PM EDT) -- Ropes & Gray LLP was cleared Friday of discrimination claims from a former associate alleging he was not promoted because of his race, but a Massachusetts federal judge said a jury would have to decide whether the firm retaliated against the associate for filing a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission complaint.
