Judge Becomes 1st To Rejoin Pa. Judicial Discipline Court

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 6:34 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge Jack A. Panella has been appointed to the Court of Judicial Discipline for the second time, making him the first judge to ever do so, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania announced Monday.
