Quarles & Brady Forms New Unfair Competition Practice

Law360, New York (October 3, 2013, 5:48 PM EDT) -- Quarles & Brady LLP has launched a trade secrets and unfair competition subgroup, a specialty practice that brings together attorneys from various offices to collaborate on matters involving unfair competitive practices, the firm announced Thursday.

The new subgroup, chaired by partner Nicole Druckrey, will bring together approximately 40 intellectual property, commercial litigation and employment attorneys from across the firm to focus on trade secrets, noncompete agreements, the duty of loyalty, false advertising and defamation.
