Faruqi Seeks Mental Exam For Sex Harassment Plaintiff

Law360, Washington (October 18, 2013, 1:47 PM EDT) -- Faruqi & Faruqi LLP asked a New York federal judge on Thursday to have a former associate submit to a mental health evaluation as part of her $22 million sexual harassment suit against the law firm, saying her allegations have brought her mental condition into controversy.
