New Calif. Bar Head Sets Sights On Atty Discipline, Skills

Law360, San Diego (October 24, 2013, 10:18 PM EDT) -- Wasting no time easing into a role he assumed this month, new State Bar of California President Luis Rodriguez told Law360 on Wednesday that he is forming key committees to review how prospective lawyers can develop the practical skills they need to succeed and whether changes should be made to the attorney discipline process.
