Dentons-McKenna Long Merger Falls Apart

Law360, New York (November 26, 2013, 8:58 PM EST) -- The hot law firm merger market hit a second roadblock this week with the failed nuptials of expanding international verein Dentons and McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP on Tuesday.

A minority block of McKenna Long partners swayed the vote against the tie-up, as virtually all of the global Dentons partnership voted in favor of absorbing Atlanta-based McKenna Long and its 575 lawyers.
