Texas Judge Won't Remove DA After DWI Controversy

Law360, Dallas (December 12, 2013, 7:41 PM EST) -- A Texas judge on Wednesday ruled an embattled district attorney can stay in office, following a three-day trial on whether an April drunken driving incident should force her out of the job.
