Drugmaker Agrees To Stop Selling Unapproved Skin Drugs

Law360, New York (March 2, 2017, 4:28 PM EST) -- Crown Laboratories Inc. has agreed to stop selling several creams and lotions for various skin conditions, including eczema, psoriasis and acne, without U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval, according to a Wednesday filing in Tennessee federal court.
