Pfizer Hit With DOJ Subpoena Over Saline Shortages

Law360, Los Angeles (April 19, 2017, 9:05 PM EDT) -- Pfizer confirmed Wednesday that it had received grand jury subpoenas from the antitrust division of the U.S. Department of Justice as part of an investigation into shortages of saline solutions, a probe that also appears to have targeted the new owner of Pfizer’s former intravenous unit.
