Luxury Giant LVMH Takes Majority Stake In Shoe Designer

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 3:56 PM EDT) -- French luxury goods powerhouse LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA said Friday it will take a majority stake in Nicholas Kirkwood, the high-end British shoe designer made famous on the feet of red carpet regulars including Sarah Jessica Parker and Gwyneth Paltrow.
