Deals Rumor Mill: Valeant, Sika AG, Berkshire Hathaway

According to the report, Valeant's bid would value Salix at about $160 per share, and an announcement could come in the next several days. The news comes just a day after reports had U.K. drugmaker throwing its hat into the ring for Salix....
