Sysco, US Foods Say FTC Must Disclose Witness Identities

Law360, New York (March 9, 2015, 6:12 PM EDT) -- Sysco Corp. and US Foods Inc. said Monday that the Federal Trade Commission should have to make public the names of the 92 declarants who contributed to its complaint against their planned $3.5 billion merger, saying there is no legal reason the identities must be concealed.
