Fall M&A Forecast Uncertain As Summer Of Big Deals Fades

Law360, New York (September 14, 2015, 2:18 PM EDT) -- Although the summer welcomed some of the year's largest deals, mergers and acquisitions activity could be at a turning point as stock market volatility, low commodities prices, global economic conditions and competitive auctions are delicately poised to either make or break deal flow in the final four months of 2015, experts say.
