Deals Rumor Mill: HCL Technologies, DoorDash, Sharp Corp.

By Benjamin Horney (February 16, 2016, 4:22 PM EST) -- HCL Technologies Ltd., an Indian information technology and consulting firm founded by billionaire Shiv Nadar, has plans to sell shares in the U.S. this year, Bloomberg reported on Tuesday. According to the report, such a listing would mark the first U.S. share sale by a large Indian company in almost a decade. HCL Technologies, which is valued at about $17 billion, has tapped Citigroup Inc. and Credit Suisse Group to help with the offering, and the company may be willing to earn as much as $1 billion through the share sale....
