ABA Sections Caution France On Merger Review Changes

Law360, New York (December 5, 2017, 7:33 PM EST) -- A pair of American Bar Association sections said they do not want France’s competition watchdog to implement sector-specific or market-share-based merger notification thresholds as part of a possible retooling of the country’s merger and control laws, according to a Tuesday announcement from the ABA.
