Ex-Dewey Partner, Retirees Insist Ch. 11 Plan Not Fraudulent

Law360, New York (February 25, 2013, 10:50 PM EST) -- A former Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP partner on Monday took a shot at opponents of the bankrupt firm’s liquidation plan, saying they have no proof to support their claims that the settlement with former partners is fraudulent.
