Pa. Justices Snub Appeal Over Bum Super Bowl Tickets

Law360 (February 9, 2018, 3:45 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania’s highest court on Thursday declined an appeal of a decision saying that a group of Super Bowl XLV ticket holders who were left without seats to the game should not have been allowed to amend their lawsuit against the National Football League to level contract, rather than tort-based, claims.
