Montgomery McCracken Adds Kramer Levin IP Atty In Philly

Law360 (September 25, 2018, 2:40 PM EDT) -- Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP has expanded its new Philadelphia-based intellectual property department with the addition of one of the founding members of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP's IP practice group.

Richard L. Moss, who officially joined Montgomery McCracken on Sept. 17, will be of counsel to the new IP department the firm started in August with the addition of partners Alfred Zaher and Shawn S. Li. Moss had worked with Zahir about 25 years ago when the two were just starting out in Philadelphia, Moss said.
