Enviros Ask Pa. To Halt $400M Pipeline Amid Permit Challenge

Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 6:18 PM EST) -- Two environmental groups asked Pennsylvania's Environmental Hearing Board on Tuesday to stay construction by Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co. LLC on a $400 million natural gas pipeline upgrade while they appeal several permits they say regulators improperly granted for the work.
