Pa. Justices Reject Appeal Over Electricity Termination Fees

Law360, New York (April 6, 2016, 10:24 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to take up a challenge brought by the state’s Public Utilities Commission after an appeals court ruled that the agency must approve a rule that would protect members of PECO Energy Co.’s consumer assistance program from early contract cancellation and termination fees.
