Pa. Requiring Pittsburgh Utility To Address Lead In Water

Law360, New York (July 12, 2016, 9:50 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection announced on Tuesday that staff members will oversee and work with Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority to implement measures to address lead in drinking water after citing it earlier this year for altering the way it treated drinking water to control corrosion in the distribution system.
