Deals Rumor Mill: Pfizer, Constellis Holdings, Kuka

By Benjamin Horney (June 6, 2016, 5:39 PM EDT) -- German health care company Fresenius SE and U.K. technology firm Smiths Group PLC are the two remaining suitors vying to buy Pfizer Inc.'s infusion pumps business, Reuters reported on Monday. According to the report, a deal could be worth nearly $1.5 billion, and Pfizer is being advised by Goldman Sachs Group Inc. The unit, acquired as part of last year's $17 billion acquisition of Hospira Inc., has been on the chopping block since at least January, according to reports, and both Fresenius and Smiths were listed among those still in the running as of late April....
