Drugmaker Bryan Corp. Sues Supplier Over Ingredient Quality

Law360, Washington (March 9, 2012, 8:34 PM EST) -- Drug and medical device manufacturer Bryan Corp. slapped a supplier with a breach of contract and fraud suit in Massachusetts federal court Friday for allegedly selling subpar antibiotic ingredients and encouraging the company to lie about the product's quality to federal regulators.
