Law360, New York (July 5, 2012, 12:41 PM EDT) -- Anco Insulations Inc. and two of its primary insurers told a Louisiana federal judge on Tuesday they had resolved their claims that excess insurer Westchester Fire Insurance Co. failed to cover its part of the cost Anco racked up fighting asbestos litigation.
Anco, American Guarantee & Liability Insurance Co. and Zurich American Insurance Co. filed a joint motion for dismissal along with Westchester. The settlement calls for each party to pay its own expenses, attorneys' fees and costs. No other details were disclosed.
