CPSC Finds Roundabout Way To Impose Pricey Policies

Law360, New York (May 6, 2013, 8:51 PM EDT) -- For the second time in as many months, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a settlement Monday that requires a company to set up an expansive new compliance system, suggesting the agency will force the programs on even those accused only of failing to report a product defect promptly.
