McNeil Asks Pa. Appeals Court To Boot $10M Motrin Verdict

Law360, Philadelphia (November 12, 2013, 2:08 PM EST) -- An attorney for a Johnson & Johnson unit on Tuesday asked the Pennsylvania Superior Court to overturn a $10 million verdict holding the company liable for skin burns and blindness suffered by a girl who took Children’s Motrin to treat a fever and cough.
