GNC Hit With Suit Linking Supplement To Hepatitis

Law360, New York (November 20, 2013, 8:37 PM EST) -- GNC Holdings Inc. and USPlabs LLC were sued Tuesday by a Hawaii woman who allegedly developed nonviral hepatitis after taking the fat-burning supplement OxyElite Pro, which the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has linked to a rash of illnesses in the state.
