DC Circ. Backs NRC Approval Of DTE Energy's Nuke Project

Circuit on Monday rejected an anti-nuclear power group's challenge to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's approval of utility DTE Energy Co.'s plans to construct a new nuclear reactor at its Fermi plant in Michigan, saying the NRC's decision was legally sound.
