BLM Finalizes Delay To Methane Venting Rule Compliance

Law360, New York (December 7, 2017, 4:13 PM EST) -- The U.S. Bureau of Land Management on Thursday announced it will finalize its plan to suspend or delay several provisions of an Obama-era rule limiting methane venting and flaring from gas wells on public lands as the rule may be revised or rescinded.
