DOE Names New Oil-Gas, Clean Coal Research Chiefs

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 8:08 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Energy on Tuesday announced it had appointed new chiefs for its oil and natural gas and "clean coal" research programs, with both likely to take on key roles in shaping the Obama administration’s recently announced climate change action plan.
