Latest Anti-Troll Bill Could Reshape Patent Litigation

Law360, New York (September 24, 2013, 7:43 PM EDT) -- A draft bill aimed at restricting lawsuits filed by so-called patent trolls, released Monday by the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, includes requirements that would significantly change all patent litigation, including making complaints more complex and challenging to file, attorneys say.
