Law360 (February 6, 2018, 6:37 PM EST) -- Client teams are not new. Nor is it news that they are broken. Ask any lawyer who has been part of one. Usually, the client isn’t included. There’s no goal clarity or role clarity. Lots of time gets wasted in meetings, talking about what the team could or should do, but with little follow-through.
