Louis Vuitton Gains Injunction Against Fla. Flea Market

Law360, Miami (May 1, 2015, 4:45 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Thursday entered an injunction against a large Fort Lauderdale, Florida, flea market accused of aiding its vendors' infringement of Louis Vuitton trademarks, agreed upon as part of a settlement between Louis Vuitton Malletier SA and the owners of the flea market.
