RadioShack Working On 'Peace Treaty' To Aid Ch. 11 Exit

Law360, Wilmington (June 25, 2015, 4:51 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Thursday allowed the RadioShack Corp. estate to move forward on its strategy to solicit votes for its proposed Chapter 11 plan after hearing that the debtor is working on what it called a “broad peace treaty” to resolve lingering disputes in the case.
