Citi Can't Reargue Liability Cap In Grocer Card Breach

Law360, New York (August 3, 2015, 2:43 PM EDT) -- A Missouri federal judge denied a bid for reconsideration by First Data Merchant Data Services Corp. and Citicorp Payment Services Inc. in a payment card data breach suit on Friday, leaving in place a ruling capping liability for Schnuck Markets Inc. at $500,000.
