Grocer's Breach Liability Row Headed To 8th Circ.

Law360, New York (November 6, 2015, 10:17 PM EST) -- A Missouri federal judge on Friday paved the way for a pair of payment processors to immediately appeal to the Eighth Circuit a ruling that Schnuck Markets’ liability for a 2013 data breach is limited to $500,000.
