Nike Ends Short-Lived Row Over Ex-Designer's Move

Law360, Los Angeles (December 9, 2015, 8:43 PM EST) -- Nike settled with a senior-level designer it had sued after he jumped ship to Ralph Lauren on Wednesday, closing out the noncompete and trade secrets suit just two days after it was filed in Oregon federal court.
