LP and EQT Partners, are vying to acquire air treatment business Munters, Reuters reported on Wednesday. According to the report, all of the above have handed in first-round bids worth up to $1.1 billion to snatch Munsters from Nordic Capital. Reports over the summer said that Nordic Capital hired Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to assist with a sale of Munters, which posted revenues of €580 million ($606 million) in 2015 and was taken private by the Swedish private equity firm in 2010....
