Law360, New York (January 1, 2012, 12:00 AM EST) -- With an election year on tap, it is unlikely that many bills will pass through Congress and onto President Barack Obama's desk, but a slate of bills dealing with how small companies raise money has a chance to buck that pattern in 2012, attorneys say.
