TD Asks 11th Circ. To Nix $67M Rothstein Scheme Verdict

Law360, Miami (February 27, 2014, 7:43 PM EST) -- TD Bank NA asked an Eleventh Circuit panel Thursday to overturn a $67 million verdict on claims it aided jailed attorney Scott Rothstein's $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme, arguing that the investors who brought the suit lacked standing in the case.
