Despite the efforts of the legal profession to keep up with the rapid technological changes, one almost universal truth states that technology and society will always outpace the law.[1] That truth certainly applies to the present day discussions around artificial intelligence and machine learning ("ML"). As technology barrels ahead with a variety of technologies that its creators tout as artificial intelligence, the law struggles to keep up with the changes that such technologies bring with it. Perhaps two of the most interesting topics involve the intersection of artificial intelligence with (1) cybersecurity, and (2) the legal profession itself....
